Cookery Demonstrations

This all started in the early ‘90’s well before the onslaught of Cookery programs hit the Television. Mexican Langoustine CocktailThe theme started with “Cookery Schools in Country Houses” and took the format of demonstrating cooking for parties and friends, applying commercial catering techniques to a domestic environment. The idea to make entertaining ‘simple but impressive’

We operated from 1989 to 2003 in numerous houses around the country, some days were for charity fund raising and others just for fun. Some days were a birthday treat for friends. Since then we have evolved into doing one to one cookery days.




Often not about the food but the planning and work schedule enabling the host to have a bath and a nice drink before the guests arrive. The other objective is to spend time with your guests and not in the kitchen.
